We come to you to inform you of the numerous assets of renting your apartment per days. renting it per days also means a better control of your property (whereas the dark sides of long - term rentals are easy to guess) Renting it per days, you'll totally control your property as you can have it back whenever you want.
We have two different ways of managing the rent of your property :
sending you the bookings already completed with all the information you require. You are the one receiving the clients, cleaning the apartment and the towels/bed linen.we take care of everything. We receive the clients, clean the apartment and replace the towels/bed linen.
Our company has been created 5 five years ago and for 5 years we've been managing apartments that still look the same as on the first day of rental.
